Late Karmveer Bhausaheb Hiray founded the Institution in 1952 with the motto "Bahujan Hitay, Bahujan Sukhaay" i.e. ‘the welfare of masses and their wellbeing'. We have picked up the ‘welfare mantra’ with the same zeal and zest of Karmveer to make positive changes into the lives of the downtrodden masses with the help of quality education.

In this postmodern era, we are ready to accept challenges in socio-educational developments and application of knowledge and to nurture the moral values amongst the students; creating people-centered, ecologically sustainable and just society that promotes and protects dignity, equality, social justice and scientific attitude amongst students and acquire excellence in higher education. M.S.G. Arts, Science and Commerce College, Malegaon Camp has been imparting quality education in several disciplines. The collection of books in the college library makes it one of the largest resource centers in North Maharashtra.
