Feedback Collection Process & Policy

The IQAC of the college has formed a feedback committee for designing and up gradation of the formats for collecting various kinds of feedback from the stakeholders. The feedbacks are collected from all stakeholders (students, teachers, alumni, parents, employers) through offline/online mechanism using questionnaire designed by the IQAC and committee members on infrastructural facilities, Teaching – Learning process, curriculum and delivery, Extension and outreach activities, Teachers Quality and Evaluation.

The feedbacks are collected through offline/online mechanism with the help of Google form. Links are shared with the staff and students WhatsApp groups. These feedbacks are analysed and the analysis report is prepared. This report is placed before the IQAC and HoD’s meeting and discussed for its action. The action taken report on feedback is prepared and uploaded on the college website for the access of one and all. The suggestions received in feedbacks are useful for the up - gradation of the facilities as well as improvement of the process in services.

Feedback Analysis:

The collected Feedbacks are analysed as per its mechanism. The analysed feedbacks are discussed in the Meetings of college and college Development Committee. The analyses reports are communicated to appropriate bodies.

Action Taken Report:

The feedback on teaching learning process and infrastructure for 2021-22 from all stakeholders is collected through online and offline mode as per the mechanism in practice. The suggestions and recommendations are analysed and discussed with Heads of the Academic Departments, IQAC members. The analysis report is prepared and placed before the IQAC for the discussion and CDC for the necessary actions.

The Action Taken Report (ATR) is prepared after the meeting, is validated and uploaded on college website.

  • 1. The suggestions regarding curriculum are communicated to affiliating university authorities through respective Board of Studies and for certificate courses it is used for improvement
  • 2. The suggestions on infrastructural facilities are considered for the future planning.
  • 3. The suggestions on curriculum delivery are discussed with concerned teachers and Heads for the necessary improvements and strengthening of teaching learning process
  • 4. Suggestions on placements are communicated to placement cell for enhancing placements through various activities like orientation workshops
